HOW OUR 2-DAY SHIPPING WORKS (Selected products only)

• Free 2-Day shipping is only available to the CONTINGENT 48 STATES.
• Does not apply to products listed as "CLOSEOUT".
• If you order a product off our internet site, and pay the price posted, you will be upgraded to UPS 2-day shipping. 
• If you return your item, you will be responsible (unless it's an Arai helmet) for the return shipping, and will be charged a $25 restocking/return fee.  Any type of FREE SHIPPING offer is on the FIRST ORDER ONLY.
• As we mention throughout the site, don't be fooled by companies that state that they "have every item in stock".  It's not possible.  Most likely your item will be shipped DIRECTLY FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR to your home.  This means that this Distributor will be handling the shipping process, and often tracking numbers are not provided.  If you would like a tracking number, please email your request to our Credit Department after your order is placed.
• If you order your item after 12pm ARIZONA TIME (ABOVE), it will leave the following day.  The Distributors have shipping cut-off times, and packages simply do not leave after this time.  (Remember, many of the Distributors are in different Time Zones)
• If your item is ordered late Friday, or over the weekend, it will not be shipped until Monday.
• Lastly, there are rare occasions when the item you select is on back-order.  We use EVERY Distributor in the US, so this is a rarity.  However, if this is case, we will contact you ASAP.  We NEVER charge our  customers before we verify that the item is available.  This is done manually (at a slightly greater expense to us), so automated machines do not come into play, unlike many other online stores.
