The Ultra-HiTec Digital Tire Gauge is the Rolex of tire gauges.  Sure you can get accurate tire pressure readings from just about any gauge on the market, but the Road gear Ultra HiTec does it in style.  When it arrived to the store we knew it was gonna be a quality product from just looking at the case they included.  The gauge easily stores in the recessed case and the foot print is small and would fit under most seats including today's sportbikes.  This might be a tool you'll probably not loan out to your neighbor, because odds are you'll never get it back.

The Roadgear Ultra Hi-Tec Digital is the finest tire gauge we have ever used.  It is dead on accurate.  The manufacturer states that it is accurate +/- 1/10 lb.  The display is large and bright.  Pressure readings are given numerically and also in a "digital dial" form.  The gauge features a hose about a foot in length.  This makes getting into tight spots a breeze.  This gauge also employs a connector different than most "press-on type" tips and we think it works very well.  Rather than just pressing the gauge up against the valve stem,  you connect the hose to the valve stem and it locks down.  This keeps the tire from losing air pressure during the "check".  There is a lever you press to lock down or to release.

There is a rubber outer protector to keep the gauge safe and protected too.  This is not a tool that you'll toss in a tool box.  You'll want to store it in it's protective case to keep it safe.
