Reasons for Tire Warmers:  (As put out by Suzuka)

• No cold tire crashes – many riders have been caught out by not having a tire fully up to temperature.  This can ruin your race before it starts. 
• No Cold Cutting or Cold Tearing of tires – Pushing the tire hard before it is heated all the way through can create this shredded effect on the tire.  The tire will no perform well in this condition and causes a tire to be replaced earlier than would be needed with use of Tire Warmers. 
• Reduce Heat Cycles – Cooling Tires off after each track session hardens them which reduces grip.  This is easily measured on a Durometer and using warmers between sessions helps reduce the number of times the tire is heated and cooled. 
• Hot Tire Pressure -  Getting the surface of a tire hot is one thing, but getting the tire hot deep in the carcass is what gets tire pressures up to 35-37 lbs, and this takes several laps.  Using Suzuka Brand Tire Warmers gets the entire carcass hot and gets the Hot Pressure before the race begins. 
• Go Fast right away – The Start of any race is important, especially as riders sort themselves out and settle into a position.  You can not wait on the opening laps to get going and get to the front. 

Having access to the famous Suzuka Race Circuit has allowed Suzuka Tire Warmers to have tested extensively with Dunlop, Michelin and Pirelli Tires, all of whom test their product on this important Race Circuit.  Working with the top riders in the World as well as the Japanese Road Racing Championship and resulted in a tire warmers that:

• Provides an ideal “ramp up” to full temperature - careful not to draw too much moisture out of the tire which effect the tires elastomers and the tires longevity.
• Provides an even heating - heating coil pattern is parallel to the tires rotation and proper insulation creates an “oven –effect” to provide even heating.
• On Target Temperature – Special tight tolerance thermostatic controller is built for Suzuka making it on target for a race tires operating temperature (170 F, other settings available).
• Fast to install and Remove – being very thin and lightweight, along with a simple strap attachment makes Suzuka Brand easy to use in the paddock.  Draw String Design is ONLY on one end; this differs from others in that it only has hardware on one end and these NEVER go through the fender or past to the chain to get snagged right before the Warm Up Lap!! 
• Burn Proof Liner – High Temperature Fabric makes the warmer less prone to possible damage from mis-use.
• Heating Indicator Light – Confirms that the Tire Warmers are heating and indicates when Target Temperature is reached.
